1. Finding your new home should be exciting and fun. My job
is to make sure the details of searching, negotiating and inspecting the new home are done
right so you can enjoy the journey.
2. I will show you how I search all available sources for
homes.
3. I will personally inspect every home in your range.
4. I will survey the area for possible influences that could
affect your future value.
5. I will communicate with you daily to keep you abreast of
your home purchase.
6. I will order all inspections and be present when those
inspections are being done to represent you.
7. I will make sure all repairs are done before close of the
escrow, and that they are done properly with necessary permits.
8. I will arrange your financing and bring all of the
documents to escrow for approval.
9. I will make sure we do a walk-thru prior to closing the
escrow. After you are satisfied with the condition of the home, we will make arrangements
to sign the final paperwork.
10. I will be present when you sign the final papers. There
may be questions that you have…. There will not be any surprises.
11. I will be there after you have lived in your home. If
there are any questions you have on maintenance or repairs, I will be there to help.
12. I will make sure you are so satisfied with my service, you
will want all of your friends to use me to find them a home.

- Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
- Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
- Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
- Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
